Where's the Audience Chat?

To find the audience chat box, all you need to do is scroll down below the video screen. If you're still unable to find it, please reply here and our tech support team will assist you.

If you are watching on a smartphone, you may need to rotate your phone horizontally to type in the audience chat.

No Sound!

To turn on the volume, there is a symbol on the bottom right of the video screen that looks like a Wifi symbol (📶). You might have to tap/click on the screen to reveal the playbar with this symbol. Make sure this symbol is blue, not grey. If it is grey, please click on the symbol to change the color.

My Video Keeps Freezing!

First, try refreshing the page. That usually helps most folks here.

Low Quality and continuous buffering during the livestream could be due to your internet connection.

Additional tips

Adjust the video settings:

  1. Hover or gently tap the video screen to show the playbar
  2. There you will find a gear symbol (⚙️) Click on that

  3. Then, change the number to one of the lower numbers

    If you are watching on a smart phone and are able to switch to cellular data, that might boost the quality.

I missed the screening! Where can I rewatch the event?

Unfortunately we only record the post-film discussion due to our licensing fee for the films (in addition to this being a free event). We will email you (with the email you provided when you registered for the event) this recording after the festival, along with ways to watch the film, if it is available for the public.
